Visits and excursions:
They are specified in each program and they are provided by guides certificates by the Secretariat of Tourism of Mexico, in the language that it is required.
The prices do not include:
Services specified clearly in the programs or asked for in writing and nonconfirmed such as: extras in gratuities, foods, drinks and others that specifically are not indicated.
Changes and Cancellations:
When the passenger stops voluntarily of the trip contracted for a specific date, the cancellation will be free of administrative positions, if it takes place before the 21 days of the beginning of the trip. Between 20 and 15 days USD 50,00 by file will be received. Between 14 and 10 days positions of the 25% of the price of the trip will be received. Between 9 and 3 days positions of the 50% of the price of the trip would be received. Within the 48 hours before the beginning of the trip, one will receive the 100% of the amount of the trip.
Independent of the indicated administrative positions previously, applied by the Organizer, the passenger will be forced to pay the specific expenses caused by the aerial tariffs to use and in case of cruises, flights, flights charter and circuits in bus, the applied ones by the borrowing Companies, as well as the expenses of management and cancellation come there were if them. The nonpresentation in the exit, without previous warning, will suppose the total losses of the tourist package. When it is the organizing Agency the one that, by causes of greater force or for a better development of the indicated services, one is forced to alter the order of the same, and to even suspend anyone of his excursions, or leaves from them, it will contract the responsibility solely to reimburse the amount paid by the passenger of this excursion, or by the parts of the same not enjoyed.
In case of pre-payments to lending third parties of services by proximity of date of beginning of services or by high season or special events, the amount and proportion that is noticed to him specifically, in case of cancellation required by the own passenger will be applied to positions to the passenger in. The good faith of the Organizer and the necessary managements will be always made.
Reimbursements:
They will always manage before the Agency applicant and in the country where the payment has become of the reserved services. It does not have right of reimbursement by services nonused voluntarily.
Agency JUNGLE RUNNERS, of Mexico, Organizer of the detailed tourist packages in this site, with National Registry of Tourism number 309060484800 and/or its affiliates, explicitly DECLARES that it acts like intermediary between the user of these packages, on the one hand and the called organizations or people to provide the indicated services, such as companies of transport, hotels, restaurants, other travel agencies and others including, on the other. If by causes of greater force or acts of God, the lenders of the contracted services could not provide them totally partial or, the Organizing Agency would only demand on behalf of the user the repayment of the amount that comes, excluding any other commitment.
The Organizer declines all responsibility by damages, wounds, accidents, delays or irregularities who during the execution of the services could happen to the user who, by his mediation, makes the trip.
The Organizer, declines any responsibility derived from the breach, on the part of the passenger, of the regulations or conditions settled down by each one of the lenders of the contracted services.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the order of the indicated services in the present site, for a better development of the same or by causes that justify therefore it.
When the Organizer is the one who he cancels, Viaje or Excursión of any nature, by causes other people's to the tourist, will be forced to reimburse the totality of the advance payments or payments to him that have carried out. The fact that the client gives to an advance payment or the payment by the program that has chosen, implies the acceptance of the conditions and responsibilities indicated in the catalogue.
